Exchange & Return Policy – Umer Dawood

• No Cash Refunds:
  We do not offer cash refunds.

• Exchange & Return Requests:
  You can request an exchange or return by emailing us at umerdawoodofficial@gmail.com with your Order Number. Products can only be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure the product is unused, unaltered, and has the price label intact along with the purchase receipt/invoice.

• Sale or Promotional Items:
  Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

• Color Variations:
  Due to differences in screen resolutions and lighting during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the product may slightly vary from the pictures. Exchanges cannot be made for this reason.

• Manufacturing Defects:
  Exchanges or refunds will only be processed for products with manufacturing defects.

• Refund Policy:
  We follow a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases involving a manufacturing defect.

• Price Adjustments:
  If a product purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price or up price if applicable.
